We assist consumers and employers with health insurance (e.g., ACA/Under-65, Medicare), life insurance, group plans, dental and vision options. Specific engagements, fees, and deliverables are governed by separate written agreements. In case of conflict, those agreements control.
2. No Guarantee of Coverage or Savings
Plan availability, premiums, subsidies, and eligibility depend on carrier underwriting and applicable law. We do not guarantee plan acceptance, rates, benefits, or outcomes.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Site in violation of law.
4. Intellectual Property
All Site content (text, graphics, logos, audio/video, and compilations) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
