We assist consumers and employers with health insurance (e.g., ACA/Under-65, Medicare), life insurance, group plans, dental and vision options. Specific engagements, fees, and deliverables are governed by separate written agreements. In case of conflict, those agreements control.

2. No Guarantee of Coverage or Savings

Plan availability, premiums, subsidies, and eligibility depend on carrier underwriting and applicable law. We do not guarantee plan acceptance, rates, benefits, or outcomes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Site in violation of law.

4. Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, audio/video, and compilations) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

9. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
