- Ages 18-85 are eligible. You just can’t be currently in the hospital or a long-term care facility.
- A doctor confirms you need help with 2 Assisted Daily Living activities. I.e. eating, bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting, continence.

- Ages 18-60 is $771.10 per year or -$228.90/year(yes you make money) after Indemnity Payouts*.
- Ages 61-75 is $1178.50 per year or $178.50/year after Indemnity Payouts*.
- Ages 76-85 is $1666.50 per year or $666.650/year after Indemnity Payouts*.

*Indemnity Payouts are part of the plan. They pay you for things you are likely already doing in your life today and pay as follows: $25 per Rx fill(up to $600), $200 for annual physical, $100 per dental cleaning(up to 2 per year). This totals $1000 paid back to you directly.
